The Pump Up the Volume Summer Reading Program for 2009 was a great success. 330 young adults read and recorded an average of 8 books each, and earned coupons for ice cream, movies and gift cards to their favorite stores. The grand prize, an iPod Touch, was awarded to Anya Harter. Congratulations to everyone who was rewarded this summer by reading great books. Prizes will be available for pick up until September 30, 2009, and please remember to bring your library card with you when you pick up your prizes.

Sign-up for the 8-week program begins in June. Weekly activities may include movies, performances, games, workshops, and more. You do not have to be a Groton resident to join in the fun.
