The GPL IM reference service is intended to provide answers to brief reference questions, and to assist GPL patrons with library services and materials.  Please keep in mind that sometimes the Reference Librarian is away from the desk.  If you do not receive a reply right away, try again in a few minutes, or if you need immediate assistance, call 978-448-8000.

MassAnswers is an online chat reference service that lets you ask questions and get answers, in real time, from reference staff at some of the best libraries across Massachusetts and the country.  It’s available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
